All of our products are backed by a Gizmo Dorks guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within thirty days of receiving the purchased product, please ship the item back for a full refund of the purchase price.
We cannot refund the original shipping charge, and the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If buyer puts down the incorrect shipping address, and the purchased products are shipped, Gizmo Dorks will not refund on shipping and handling charges. E-mails must be sent to customerservice@gizmodorks.com for an RMA number request.
